Lifestyle work for Delta creating stills for their asset library while on set with a motion crew. It is always a challenge to work in a short timeframe and deliver high quality stills with minimal crew while working in tandem with motion. However I love the task. It makes for a wonderful process of two very important client needs to be working as one production. Lighting was designed by myself and my DIT on set either immediately after the motion crew vacated or before they set up. On some set ups when the sun was Key, we shared light happily. Pre planning goes a long way when visualizing the final assets and I enjoy that part of the creative process more than snapping the images on game day.
The main piece is long form motion directed by Will Innes Smith and Thomas Simon with Milk Money Films for Delta and The Masters Golf Tournament. It showcases how Delta connects Humanity through travel and the love for sports.
